Our vision

Our vision is that:

Indigenous Victorians will have equality of opportunity and outcomes with non-Indigenous Victorian

All Victorians will recognise, respect and celebrate the contribution of Indigenous Victorians to Victorian community life

All Victorians will appreciate the unique Aboriginal cultural heritage of Victoria

We work to achieve this vision by:

• Building a framework to support and develop leadership and capacity building in Victoria’s many Indigenous communities
• Establishing a representative structure for all Indigenous Victorians to voice their opinion
• Managing and promoting understanding of Victoria’s rich Aboriginal cultural heritage.
